Ghanaians like to discuss their bodily functions very openly and after some considerable discussion about constipation they were excited to find some wild fruits on a tree. We all piled out of the car to pick them but they tasted very sour and I wasn't a fan. Everyone had stomach trouble during the week except for me so I shared out all my diarrhoea medicine and felt very smug that I had not drunk the local water.
